When the Stakes Are High
You need more than a plan. You need adoption.
You're the one held accountable when transformation stalls. You know the people side is where this lives or dies. And you need a partner who focuses on behavior change and knows that change happens one person at a time, staying long enough to change stick.
60–70%
of large-scale change programs fall short of their intended outcomes.

Almost always
the cause is people. Not the technology, and not the strategy.
The gap
between go-live and genuine adoption is where most transformations quietly die.
THE CHALLENGE
You know this is happening when…
Here's what may be what it feels like when organizations try to change but nobody actually does things differently. You see new rules everywhere, but everyone keeps acting the same way as before.Â
Change Fatigue. Teams are exhausted before the new initiative even launches. Previous changes left unresolved tension, broken trust, or unclear outcomes.
Adoption Theater. Training was delivered. Completion rates looked good. But training on a system isn’t the same as people changing how they work.
Manager Bypass. Frontline managers are expected to reinforce the change, but many are not given the alignment, support, or time to do it well. They can become quiet barriers to progress, not because they oppose the change, but because they do not have the capacity to carry it forward.
Communication Overload. The initiative had a communications plan, a SharePoint site, and a launch video, but very little of it sank in. The information was accurate, yet people did not understand why it mattered or what it meant for their work.
Plans and activity with no accountability. An external firm developed the change management plan, and the internal team led the engagement sessions. But no one was clearly responsible for making sure people changed how they worked and kept those changes going.
Go-live is mistaken as the finish line. The system launched, the project closed, and the organization marked the work as complete. But go-live is only about one-third of the change. The coaching, reinforcement, and follow-through that help people adopt new ways of working still have not happened.
Where to get started
You need an enterprise change & adoption strategy that really works. And you need a partner who can help you turn it into a reality.
Big transformations put real pressure on leaders. You need the strategy to hold, the work to move, and your people to come with you.

That’s where Levata comes in. We help you see what’s actually getting in the way, then build the right mix of support to move the organization from intent to adoption.

We meet you where you are
We adapt to how your organization works, and provide practical change support that creates value right away.
01 · Clarifying What Matters
We start by listening to leaders, teams, and stakeholders so we can understand what is really changing, what could get in the way, and where support is missing. That gives you a clear view of what the transformation will take before we design a solution or scale the work.
02 · Design how work changes
Together, we build the support your transformation needs. We bring together change management, organization design, performance management, learning, leadership, advisory support, and execution in a way that fits your culture, priorities, and timeline.
03 · Execute so it sticks
We work alongside your team through implementation, tracking adoption, reinforcing new behaviors, and building the skills to sustain the change. That way, progress continues long after our engagement ends.
